Jose F. Hernandez joined Greenberg Traurig in 1998 as the firm's Financial Systems Director. In this capacity he was instrumental in the conversion, implementation, customization and support for CMS OPEN™. Jose currently oversees all personnel and projects associated with CMS as well as the development and implementation of related technologies in CMS. His current projects include the creation and migration of all CMS report and inquiry tools to a Web Based solution as well as the chief architect and engineer for LawDRILL™.

Prior to joining GT, Jose spent 4 years working as a "Project Manager" for a legal software company. In this capacity he worked with over 100 law firms converting, customizing, training and supporting front and back office systems. He has over 18 years of Financial Systems experience in the legal industry and has held positions in programming, support and integration during that time. Jose has also held positions as "Controller" and "Accounting Supervisor" prior to migration in systems work.

Jose is proficient in languages such as ColdFusion, ASP, Javascript, Visual Basic, Visual Foxpro, Delphi, SQL, Clipper and many more database languages.

Jose received his Computer Science degree from the Florida International University in 1995 with a minor in Accounting.
